EMDR International Association

 2012 EMDRIA Conference
"EMDR & Attachment: Healing Developmental Trauma"

October 4 - 7, 2012
Marriott Crystal Gateway
Washington, D.C.

Don’t miss the chance to present alongside a fantastic line-up of Plenary speakers including Rachel Yehuda, Ph.D.; Colin Ross, M.D. and Francine Shapiro, Ph.D.!

You are invited to apply to present at the Annual EMDR International Association Conference. Material should be relevant to the EMDR field and be an original contribution. Members and non-members of EMDRIA are invited to submit. Share your best practices and new techniques with other therapists in the industry, helping them to understand the new research and clinical practices in EMDR and how to help treat all types of trauma.

EMDRIA’s goal is to offer continuing education that helps promote and maintain the integrity of EMDR. In addition to the theme of EMDR and attachment, EMDRIA also has an organizational focus on diversity, so we encourage presenters to consider how their presentation may address diversity issues.  Please help us accomplish our goal by submitting your presentations today! Click HERE to submit your presentation. Deadline is December 9, 2011.

Tip: Make sure to have all the following documents before you start filling out the application: CV for EACH Presenter, Biographical Sketch for EACH Presenter, Research Citations OR Single Case Design, Abstract (500 words or less), Abstract Summary (100 words or less), Education Documentation Form, Answers to Consistent with EMDR Questions (if applicable), "What is New" document, Publication List (if applicable) and Presentation List (if applicable). You will want to have these documents ready because you are going to have to attach them to the application.

We hope to see you in Washington, D.C.!
