Continuing Education Information
Please be aware that all credit hours will be awarded according to the individual requirements of each continuing education agency.  Documentation of credit will be developed and awarded to each participant successfully completing the program.  To receive your certificate(s), it is mandatory that you have the Room Monitors scan your badge as you go into each presentation and also as you leave each presentation. For full day presentations, please be sure to scan in and out in the morning, in the afternoon as you return from lunch, as well as at the end of the day.  Please be aware that all credit hours will be awarded according to the individual requirements of each continuing education agency.  

Certificates will not be available until after the Conference.  We have added a NEW benefit this year!   It typically takes 45 days after the Conference for EMDRIA to print and send out all of the Conference Certificates, but you now have the option to receive your Certificate in half of that time by logging onto EMDRIA’s website and printing your own Certificate.  Printing your own certificate would help EMDRIA "Go Green".  Please specify whether you would like to print your own certificate or have it mailed to you on the Registration Form.

It is IMPERATIVE that you scan in and out of every session you attend as you will not receive a certificate if you do not.  You must attend each workshop you sign up for, in its entirety, to receive credit for it.  NO EXCEPTIONS. Please plan your travel schedule accordingly.  Also, you must complete and turn in a Workshop Evaluation for each session you attend in order to get your certificate(s).  

Room Monitors will be given scanners before the workshop begins, and will have the scanners taken away 15 minutes into the workshop time.  If you arrive later than the first 15 minutes of the alloted time, you will not be scanned into the workshop and will not receive credit for that workshop.  Please be on time for your sessions.  We cannot make an exception for you to receive credit as we must comply with the Continuing Education agency policies that you must attend the FULL workshop.

American Psychological Association
EMDR International Association is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. EMDR International Association Maintains responsibility for the program and its content.

National Association of Social Workers
This program is approved by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) (provider # 886370850) for 22.5 continuing education contact hours.

National Board for Certified Counselors:
EMDRIA is an NBCC-Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEPTM) and may offer NBCC-approved clock hours for events that meet NBCC requirements. The ACEP solely is responsible for all aspects of the program. (NBCC #5757)

California Board of Behavioral Sciences
For California, the course meets the qualifications for the number of hours of continuing education credit listed in the right hand side of this page for MFCC’s and/or LCSW’s, as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. EMDR International Association, Provider #PCE233.

Texas State Board of Marriage and Family Therapists
EMDR International Association is approved by the Texas State Board of Marriage and Family Therapists to provide continuing education to Marriage and Family Therapists.  Provider #233
