I hold licenses as a clinical social worker and chemical dependence counselor, and I have additional education in business administration. I've woven my expertise to offer a process for lasting, real change. I am passionate about my work and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Education & Experience

Throughout my career spanning over 15 years, I have devoted myself to helping folks in overcoming a variety of challenges. I have worked with children and adults who have experienced abuse and neglect, veterans, individuals in psychiatric crises, and couples navigating relational issues. Additionally, I have extensive experience in the field of substance use. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Sex Therapy, and mindfulness. Through the application of these therapeutic models, I help folks make meaningful changes and find a clear path towards healing and personal growth.
