About Me

As a holistic therapist, I prioritize fostering a therapeutic relationship based on trust and honesty. I am a licensed clinical social worker and chemical dependence counselor, with additional education in business administration with concentrations in management and marketing. I utilize all of my skills, training, and experience to create a space for real change. I love my work and I am dedicated to making a difference in people’s lives.

Education & Experience

Over the span of more than 15 years, I have dedicated myself to aiding others in overcoming a multitude of challenges. My professional experience encompasses a wide spectrum, from assisting children and adults who have endured abuse and neglect, to working with veterans, those undergoing psychiatric crises, and couples grappling with relational issues. I also worked extensively in the substance use field. My approach is informed by evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Sex Therapy, and Mindfulness. With these tools, I am able to assist individuals in making meaningful changes, establishing a clear path towards healing and personal development.
