About Me

I'm here to help you take charge of your healing and embrace the life you deserve. Together, we'll tackle challenges, uncover your strengths, and unlock your potential for lasting change. In our work, you'll find a safe, inclusive space where you're fully supported and empowered to grow. Your journey is unique, and I'm excited to walk with you as you transform and thrive. I am a neurodivergent therapist and particularly enjoy working with neurodivergent adults.

Education & Experience

I earned an MSW from the University of Southern California and began doctoral work in Psychology with a focus on Existential, Humanistic, and Transpersonal Psychology at Saybrook University. Since 2016, I've been providing 1:1 therapy, building on over a decade of experience supporting survivors of domestic violence in advocacy roles. This blend of education and hands-on experience shapes my ability to offer compassionate, trauma-informed care tailored to each individual.
