About Me
We all struggle at times; emotional and psychological anguish are part of the human condition. And yet these challenges can be reframed as an indication that change may be helpful. I am a strong believer in the profound gift that mental health support can confer and that seeking therapeutic support is an act of self-empowerment and strength. I have a private practice in Princeton, NJ where I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and depressive disorders, LGBTQIA+ issues, parenting concerns, family systems and eating disorders. In my private practice I work with preadolescents, adolescents, adults, couples and families. My therapeutic approach is highly individualized and integrative as I draw from a number of evidence-based modalities in order to tailor therapy to the specific needs of each client. I believe that individuals facing even the most challenging issues deserve to pursue meaningful recovery. I am dedicated to helping my clients to achieve their life goals. I consider it an honor to provide therapeutic support to my clients in their journey toward wellness and self-discovery and in this context, I believe in the importance of a creating a strong therapeutic alliance. My goal is to create a relationship that feels warm, safe, and validating in order to help my clients fully explore the challenges that they face.
