About Me
My aim is to employ a collaborative trauma-informed approach to help you achieve your goals. I work to thoughtfully understand that change is difficult, therefore, encompass a client-centered approach to counseling; you remain in control while I invite you to notice and explore feelings and memories throughout the journey. It is my goal to be a breath of fresh air by helping my clients to truly understand trauma and its many effects on the brain and body. My clients frequently express that no other therapist has ever understood them in a more whole-hearted manner. By working with me, clients are able to identify maladaptive patterns, revisit memories, and understand and acknowledge their perceptions and belief system in order to discover new ways of sensing, seeing, knowing and thriving in their world.
