About Me

I believe in putting you, the patient, first. I take a holistic, whole body approach and can aid you in finding out how stress manifests in both your body and your mind. I treat based on you as an individual. I do this by listening to you and creating a partnership in exploring your values. I then work with you to find ways you can be more mindful, which allows you to check in with yourself, to find out if you are living your values vs. fighting them. I also work with you to learn your symptoms, triggers, vulnerabilities, stressors, and warning signs. Once we can paint a picture of how you embody stress, I provide education about why you are experiencing what you are experiencing. Once we get this picture, we can then work together to practice the techniques that can help you start to heal and take control of not just your symptoms but also your life!
