About Me
I have a Master of Arts degree in Marital and Family Therapy with a specialization in Art Therapy. Art Therapy is a tool to access and process emotions to increase well-being through the creative process. I am trained to provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients work through trauma. I use both verbal and art modalities, depending on client preference. I have over 20 years of experience working in multiple settings, including community-based mental health clinics, residential treatment settings, hospice and hospital settings, women's shelter, and school-based services.
