Mrs. Amanda McQueen, MA, LPC
About Me
My goal is to walk alongside you as we work toward overall wellness. Life presents many challenges, and accepting help can be hard. I offer an atmosphere of acceptance in which we can identify and overcome obstacles to your life goals. We are often able to find ways to cope with our symptoms without truly addressing the underlying issues. I work with my clients to understand and resolve the root of their presenting issues so that they experience lasting change. To do this, I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy with individuals to resolve depression, anxiety, and trauma. Clients who see the greatest change with me are often highly motivated for change. They are curious about themselves and open to new experiences.
