About Me

I've worked in the health care setting supporting mothers and families experiencing reproductive trauma for over 20 yrs, both in and out of the hospital or clinic setting. There will always be a special place in my heart for health care workers and the stressors they experience daily. Although it may seem counter intuitive, I am also passionate about helping families who are traumatized in the course of growing their family. Be it perinatal mental health, infant loss, birth trauma (for mom's or dad/support persons!) I offer EMDR intensives or hourly appointments to help people prepare for their next steps.
