I am a masters level Mental Health therapist who has worked with individuals and groups for more than 15 years. I am passionate about helping people achieve their greatest potential through overcoming their inner self-critic and move through difficult life circumstances with strength and resiliency. I believe strongly in the human need for support and connection in order to grow and thrive. My therapeutic approach is evidence-based, strengths-focused and client-centered. I have specialized training in perinatal mental health, women's health, rational emotive behavior therapy, mindful training for emotional resilience and EMDR.
