About Me

Hello. I am a therapist with over 18 years of experience providing strengths-based, trauma-informed care to individuals and families in Northeast Ohio. I practice EMDR Therapy in conjunction with various other modalities to help clients heal their traumatic wounds and meet challenges in their lives. I use a holistic approach taking into account a person’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual life experiences.

Education & Experience

Master of Social Service from Bryn Mawr College in 2004. EMDR Therapy Training: Certificate of Completion from The Institute for Creative Mindfulness in 2021. Sandplay Therapy Training: Completed 72 coursework hours through Sandplay Training Worldwide.
