I strive to help women break down all of walls that hold us back; self-imposed as well as societal. I want to help you learn to scream from the hilltop, “I want to be seen, I deserve to be seen! I want to be loved, I deserve to be loved!” And so on and so forth! Let me be your guide and mentor and help you recover your power. I am here to help you heal just as I did. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado helping women and female-bodied, non-binary individuals do the hard work through tele-therapy. I specialize in trauma, empowerment, self-esteem, and grief work with women. I am also a Certified EMDR Therapist. I treat trauma through various interwoven theories and techniques to guide you towards a place of internal peace and power.
