About Me

I consider myself to be a highly relational therapist, with an intentional focus on building genuine relationships with my clients. From this foundation I create a safe space to explore issues related to trauma and grief. My approach is collaborative and I respect the people I work with to have their own internal wisdom. Sometimes we just need help and tools to access this.

Education & Experience

I hold a BA in Literature with a Minor in Women's Studies from Metropolitan University of Denver, CO, and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University in Denver, CO. I competed my practicum through The WINGS Foundation and my internship through People House. I have been working in private practice for nearly four years and have experience working with eating disorders, relational trauma, and grief.
