I truly believe EMDR can be life changing as a way of managing symptoms of traumatic experiences. My practice is telehealth only, meaning we conduct sessions online. I'm a licensed professional counselor in MD. I have an MS in Counseling Psychology. I have 10 years practice in counseling, with an additional 15 years in the human services field.
