About Me
It is my firm belief that you have the capacity to become the version of yourself that feels the most real. To build understanding about how your experiences, relationships, and culture have impacted your life. I seek to be a companion in the process of sharing your personal story as you sift through the well of your entire lived experience to discover your authentic voice. Together, we will use attachment theories, emotionally focused work, and brain-based approaches like EMDR to reclaim the chapters of your life where difficult experiences stole your sense of who you are, and nurture growth, healing, and overcome loneliness.
Education & Experience
University of Cincinnati, MSW. Indiana University, BSW. My experience working with individuals and couples covers areas of disruption from complex trauma, sexual abuse, religious trauma, purity culture, grief, attachment wounds, abandonment and shame. I approach each person with empathy and openness to grow self-awareness and emotional understanding.
