About Me

Hello! I have experience working with clients who are recovering from sexual trauma. I have an advanced certificate in Dissociation and am completing a certificate in Somatic EMDR. Yoga is my personal passion and I use it in my treatment of clients through breath work and meditation, along with some safe poses. I am a 200-trained yoga teacher. I have my own EMDR therapist I use to work on my own trauma and have become very familiar with how it feels to use on the other end of the treatment.
