About Me
Trained as both a psychotherapist and a nurse my approach offers a unique mind-body and somatic perspective informing my specialized work with trauma. You can expect our work together will look at the parts of yourself making up the whole but also quarry deep to the heart of the matter, understanding what blocks us from our peace of mind, self-love, and the life we desire. Aside from traditional talk therapy, I am trained in using Voice Dialogue, NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dream-work, Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness Self-Compassion, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My approach will help you be empowered again to live the life you want.
