About Me
My goal is to help people suffer less, understand themselves more and make sense of their life experience. I use a variety of approaches including but not limited to; CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, DNMS and EMDR; as well as more traditional psychodynamic talk therapy approaches. When I’m not in session, I am likely exploring with my pup ✨🐾✨
