Dr. Archana Jajodia, Ph.D., LP
About Me
I am committed to helping others reduce their suffering. I believe we hold the key to our own liberation, and it is my life's purpose to help my clients find that place within themselves in a non-judgmental, compassionate way. I combine mindfulness with EMDR to help my clients heal and grow. I was full-time faculty at UCSD in the Department of Psychiatry until 2013 when I began private practice.
Education & Experience
MA, PhD and two years post-doctoral work in Clinical Psychology from University of Southern California, Los Angeles. Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at University of California, San Diego from 2009 to 2013. Extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and EMDR.
