Online Therapy

About Me

I started Enso Counseling in 2016. I specialize in providing individual therapy to address substance abuse, unhealthy/abusive relationships, unhealthy/abusive sexual behavior, and trauma. I have experience working with offenders of various crimes, victims of abuse and neglect, adolescents, and adults. I have seen how and why “hurt people hurt,” and creating a world without future victims must include knowledge about, and conversations with, both victims (survivors) and offenders, as well as restorative justice practices. I recognize individuals function within the context of relationships, their environment, and larger systems, and I encourage clients to explore the impact of these on their wellness. I believe everyone deserves to be happy and healthy, and the path to such can look different for each individual. I take a client-focused approach, meeting the clients where they are and helping them identify their own goals for therapy. I am non-judgmental and compassionate. I utilize a strengths-based approach, a trauma-informed lens, and evidenced-based treatment modalities. I enjoy using EMDR type of therapy to help clients move through trauma and address mental health symptoms.
