About Me

I feel that growth and change is a process which takes time. Sometimes this process can be uncomfortable and challenging, but as a therapist my job is to support and guide my clients through this. I believe my clients are capable of more than they know or believe is possible when we start. But I have been honored to be allowed to walk along side of so many adults in their journey towards inner peace and see growth occur.
