About Me

I am an LPCC (Licensed Professional Counselor Credentialing) in the State of Colorado. My goal for providing counseling is to help my clients through some of life's most difficult times. Working together and exploring these hardships allows for the client to be able to cultivate and find some of life's most meaningful connections. Having trained in both somatic therapy and EMDR, I help move my clients through some of the most difficult traumas or bereavement as they journey to a greater understanding of self by fostering a more profound connection with the body, mind and spirit. I enjoy working with a wide range of ages. One of the things I love to help my clients through is when they are going through moments of transition in life, whether it is retirement, joining the work force, empty nest feelings, going through grief of a loss of loved one, or working with a client who has received a jarring medical diagnosis. I would love to help get you through your life's most challenging situations. Please reach out via the email above and we can get started!

Education & Experience

Having graduated from Regis University with a master's in Counseling, I am currently working toward my LPC under supervision. I am certified in EMDR, and military family services certified. I can also do play therapy, and am LGBTQI+ friendly. I was at a hospice bereavement setting for my internship, so I have extensive knowledge of bereavement and trauma.
