About Me
Life's stressors, anxieties and traumas can make it difficult to see the sun through the clouds. My aim is to invite sunlight back into your life by creating a space of warmth, safety and non-judgment. I believe healing happens in relationship; being truly seen and heard by another can have a profound impact on our ability to heal. Together we can work toward your goals. My focus areas include anxiety, life stressors/transitions, trauma, and parenting. My approach integrates EMDR, exploring connections between past and present, use of mindfulness and body awareness, and focus on the therapeutic relationship.
Education & Experience
I have a Masters in Social Work from Metropolitan State University. Since that time I have completed a clinical fellowship, which included training graduate counseling and social work interns. I went into private practice in 2021, and love my work.
