I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. Approaches I use other than EMDR are person-centered, existential, motivational interviewing, strengths-based, and solution-focused.

Education & Experience

I received my master's degree in Professional Counseling from Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL in 2018. I have worked at a community-based nonprofit with adolescent girls from underserved populations and at a residential facility for substance use disorders. I now work out of Colorado at a group private practice and am fully telehealth.

Professional Affiliation: American Counseling Association (ACA) Volunteer Roles: In the past, I have served as the Mental Health Committee Chair for Graduate Assistants United at the University of Florida and was an annual member of The Spring of Tampa Bay’s LGBTQ+ Roundtable to raise awareness of domestic violence within the LGBTQ+ community.
