About Me

I graduated in Integrative Counselling from the University of Kent at Canterbury, England, in 2004, and worked continuously in Private Practice at the Canterbury Counselling and Psychotherapy Centre from that time until moving to Canada in December 2012. I am committed to Continuing Professional Development, and have worked closely with a Psychotherapy Supervisor throughout my practice. I additionally qualified as a Life Coach in 2006, and as an EMDR Trauma Psychotherapist (Levels 1, 2, 3 and Accreditation) in 2011. I have undertaken various additional Psychotherapy training in the UK and USA, up to Masters level (Kings College, London). I am a certified Full Member of EMDR Canada and EMDRIA (the EMDR International Association), and an Accredited Coach with the International Institute of Coaching. I work within the ethical guidelines and best practices set out by the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCAP) and the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Fees Fees reflect the type of therapy required (EMDR Trauma Therapy; Coaching; Counselling). I provide a free initial consultation and assessment by telephone, during which therapeutic guidelines will be established and fees agreed.
