Education & Experience

I received my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine in 2008 and completed the APA accredited internship at Kaiser in Health Psychology. During my postdoctoral fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, I specialized in CBT for depression and anxiety.​ I'm licensed in California, New York and Hawaii and am a National Register Health Service Psychologist.

APA, LACPA, NBC-HWC, HSP, EMDR Therapist, TRM Certification in Progress. Certification in Mindfulness Facilitation, MARC, UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior, Affiliate MAPs instructor. Certified Mindfulness Teacher - Professional Level (CMT-P) by the IMTA.
