About Me
I help women find joy on their unchosen journey through life transitions and life losses through Christian based therapy. I have over 15 years of lived experience with infertility and journeying with fellow grievers of all kinds. I support encourage and women in seeking biblical truth to counter lies they believe about themselves, God. and others through the counseling process. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, considering the influences of the heart, the physical body, social relationships, and spiritual influences. Creativity, compassion, collaboration, and customizing care are important values I bring into sessions. My office diffuses essential oils. I also provide adult sensory fidget items to help ground clients who experience anxiety.
Education & Experience
Masters of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling Over twenty years in outpatient mental healthcare EMDR trained Trained in biblical counseling though the Association of Biblical Counselors and the Christian Counseling Education Foundation.
