You may not consider or believe that your life experiences include trauma. You might think, “Doesn’t everyone feel like this? This is just life, right?!” The answer is no! You don’t have to carry this burden around with you anymore. I believe one of the bravest things you can do is to face your unhealed trauma. Imagine what it would feel like to carry less weight from your past and have a deeper understanding of yourself and your authenticity. Imagine a life where you have lessened anxiety or depression symptoms. Imagine no longer second guessing yourself! My specialities include working with family cycle-breakers, parents, other therapists, and clients ready to do the "hard work," primarily using EMDR and cognitive therapy, to do the repair work at the deepest levels to make a lasting change and focusing on living a more authentic life. My clients often tell me that they feel more free to be themselves, more connected, and more confident in daily life. I am currently offering telehealth sessions at this time.
