'Cat' is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and counseling supervisor, working with individuals, couples, and non-independently licensed clinicians across New Mexico. She has training in Sex Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Her counseling approach involves developing a supportive and empathetic relationship, integrating evidence-based treatments and research, and working to empower and motivate positive change.

Cat holds a Master of Science in Counseling from a CACREP accredited university and has been practicing mental health counseling since 2017.
