Chantale is described as a caring therapist with a warm and empathetic approach. She is dedicated to building a foundation of trust, so that you can feel comfortable to share what you wish to discuss and feel genuinely acknowledged and understood. She values collaborating with you to discover creative solutions, and she is ready to share resources that add to what has been discussed in session. Chantale practices from an attachment-based and trauma-informed lens. She is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindful Self-Compassion, Polyvagal Theory, and Solution Focused Therapy.
