Trained in EMDR (15 yrs); Ego state therapy; IFS; MI; DBT; CBT: and am a LGBTQIA ally. Excels in treating trauma and dissociation, women’s issues, grief, codependency, relationship issues, spiritual concerns, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, communication issues, and anger. I’m honored to guide you on your healing journey and have much training and experience helping adults young and older to improve mental health, heal from trauma, and live better lives. Do you ever feel the pain and discomfort of being shoved into a box that does not quite fit your size and shape while others have told you that’s where you belong? I love helping people break out of those judgements and past hurts to find their self-acceptance, authentic shapes, and personal truths. Clients state they feel the space I create between us is a safe and open one where they are free to be, find themselves, and work through their issues.
