About Me
Do you want to learn more about yourself and improve your life? Are you struggling to get by, but want to have a different life? Are you trying to figure out what is keeping you stuck? Some of the struggles my clients have include: anxiety, depression, trauma, ADD/ADHD, and sleep difficulties. I understand it's overwhelming at times. I often work with highly sensitive individuals who have found different aspects of life overwhelming.
Education & Experience
I completed my master's degree in 2010. I obtained my license as a clincial social worker in 2014 and my LAC in 2012. I have advanced training in treating trauma completing Basic EMDR training in 2019 and CPT training in 2001. I have studied the work of Elaine Aron, Ph.D. on “The Highly Sensitive Person” also known as sensory processing sensitivity. I consider myself to be a highly sensitive person and enjoy being the therapist to help highly sensitive clients along their journeys. With any struggle you have, I meet you where you are and help you create more self-awareness and change to get you where you want to be.
