About Me
Practice Overview: I work with you to find hope, inner peace, build healthy habits, process traumatic experiences, and give you strategies to move forward. I incorporate Mindfulness, Meditation, DBT Skills, EMDR (tapping to reprocess trauma), FLASH technique (positive imagery, including music) to reprocess, connect within, and connect with others. I am a Native Texan, BIPOC, Mom, and a strong advocate for Social and Environmental Justice.
