About Me

I have seen the destruction to lives due to substance use and/or abuse and it's my passion to help families affected by a family member with a substance use d/o. Many times chemical used is due to past traumas, low self-esteem, and/or anxiety. It's important to get to the root of the addition to heal and stop relapse. Families can heal, but it takes a commitment and desire to change. I also work with clients suffering from anxiety and/or panic d/o and/or past traumas that are impairing their functioning and want to improve mental health and well-being.
