I am honored and humbled to work with clients. I am passionate about helping people and I believe in the power of resilience. I specialize in Trauma, Addictions and Relationships. My approach is holistic in nature, applying mind, body and spirit.
Education & Experience
I hold a Masters of Arts in Counseling and graduated from Western Seminary, Portland, Oregon. I obtained a Bachelor of Science from Portland State University, and two Associate Degrees from Portland Community College in the field of Alcohol and Drug Counseling and Criminal Justice. I have over seven years of experience in working with individuals and groups on a variety of issues including: addiction(s), depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, adjustment to life transitions, relationship and couples counseling.
