About Me
My aim will always be to empower you. I believe you know yourself better than anyone else and I will follow your lead in therapy. Therapy should be a collaborative process with you, the client, at the steering wheel. I will always provide you a warm, nonjudgmental atmosphere because the therapeutic relationship is the most effective tool for successful therapy. In addition to EMDR, I use an eclectic approach of different modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness Based while always having a client-centered foundation. I specialize in women's issues, children, sexual assault, and domestic violence.
