About Me
In every life journey, there are chapters that require adjoining with others for support and guidance. I offer psychotherapy with a humanistic lens and a systems perspective. In my 18 years of experience in behavioral health, I have specialized in reproductive mental health for 9 years and am certified as a Perinatal Mental Health provider. I specialize in integrating trauma, navigating life transitions and processing grief. I am licensed as a clinical social worker and have applied for certification in EMDR.
Education & Experience
I started as a drug and alcohol counselor with a BA in human services in 2005 and a certificate in drug and alcohol studies in 2006. I went on to get my master's degree in social work in 2014 and have been licensed since 2017. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health and have applied for certification in EMDR.
