About Me
I'm an EMDR trained therapist currently pursuing certification. In additional to EMDR I practice using tools from attachment focused and ACT therapeutic perspectives. I work with clients from all walks of life on single incident and complex and developmental trauma. After eight years of emergency department social work, I particularly enjoy working with health care professionals and first responders, helping these populations manage major traumatic incidents and moral injury.
Education & Experience
I'm a clinical social worker with 10 years of post-grad experience with individuals and groups in crisis, outpatient, and private practice settings. I have additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, HAES approaches to Eating Disorders, and am IFS-informed.
