EMDR Certified Therapist

About Me

I specialize in working with adults who have endured interpersonal harm throughout their lives. My clinical experience has given me the opportunity to understand and successfully work with various trauma-related emotional and mental impacts. I have 15 years of experience supporting individuals with: (1) processing hurtful and traumatic memories; (2) alleviating overwhelming cognitive, emotional, behavioural, and somatic experiences; and (3) improving their overall quality of life. I work with people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, memories, feelings, and body reactions, rapid changes in mood, addictive and relational challenges, and experiences of grief, shame, low self-worth, fear, anger, confusion, and guilt among other issues. Also, I work with adult survivors of childhood abuse and neglect, and people who have experienced gender-based violence. I use a variety of integrative therapies that renew both the mind and body as listed below. Also, my focused and individualized approach to psychotherapy allows for a clear and effective process. Most importantly, I work from a place of dedication, respect, and care. I offer 30, 60, or 90-minute appointments. Also, I can schedule individual EMDR intensives. Thank you for reading my profile.
