About Me

Are you feeling like your anxiety and/or depression has been building and building to the point that you aren't yourself anymore? Maybe you've thought to yourself "I'll get through this, things will get better," yet it seems to never end? This is an exhausting cycle that can lead us to search for any way to feel better, sometimes even turning to unhealthy habits just to find some way to cope. I would love to help you work through these feelings to find joy and purpose in life again. Through our work together, I want to help you learn new skills and exercises, as well as how to access your own internal strengths that have gotten you to where you are today. I take a solution focused approach in formulating a vision for the future and in helping you understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Talking with a therapist is a vulnerable process, yet it is these challenging moments when we share our vulnerability that growth can truly happen. I understand completely the hesitancy to start the therapeutic process and the bravery it takes to step into this space. I want to make this a safe, validating space where you feel comfortable to share.
