About Me

Hi There! I am Denise Villega, and I love seeing people grow and change with tools of EMDR coupled with a warm, supportive environment to feel safe enough for that change. I am so glad that you are taking the time to get your needs met by searching for your perfect support team in a therapist. We are all deserving of support, wouldn't you agree? It is rare that we do what we need for ourselves, and I love enabling people to meet their needs through a therapeutic relationship. My approach is warm and accepting, and I utilize EMDR coupled with specialized training in attachment wounds to help you work through whatever issue that you may have, no matter how small or how big it may appear. I believe you are worthy of a warm and supportive environment for that growth, and I try to offer that with all of my tools and training from EMDRIA approved trainings.
