About Me

You don't have to do this alone. Experienced, creative, compassionate. Specializing in developmental (what happened to you when you were a kid) and relational (what hurt you in relationships) trauma through the lens of attachment, allows me to help you look at your relationships with clear eyes. Often we bring into our relationships ways of being that while helpful when we were younger now may no longer serve us. Together we can build on the strengths you already have (yes, really you do!) and disrupt those no longer useful ways of relating. It is an honor to do this work and I look forward to speaking with you. Clients I have worked with have described me as direct, authentic and compassionate.
