About Me

My philosophy: EVERYONE IS CAPABLE OF CHANGE at any point in their lives! Therapy begins from the moment we speak together. Progress can be made in short-term, or longer-term solution-focused therapy. After we meet and I evaluate your presenting problem, I will tailor-make my interventions that will be the most beneficial for you, as we work together to make real progress in your life. Give yourself the gift of change and take this very important first step. I have an excellent track record, have won awards for my work. I have expertise in trauma, past or present abuse, relationship issues, family conflict, work-related issues, addiction. Whatever the difficulty and how it manifests: depression, anxiety, sleep disturbance, physical symptoms, progress is always possible! With my 22 years of experience, I use evidence-based interventions and have been certified in Clinical Hypnosis, EMDR for trauma and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I offer you a true caring experience, we can work together to bring you real change and progress. Even after a few sessions, you should see a difference!
