About Me
Helping folks heal from past wounds and step into their power to create a life they love (and that works for their unique needs/values/desires) is my calling. I'm honored to serve as your supportive advocate and guide on your healing journey. As an HSP (highly-sensitive person), I especially enjoy helping folks honor their body/nervous system to recalibrate after burnout and other difficult life transitions that may require questioning the status quo definitions of "enough", "success," etc.
Education & Experience
I earned my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University. Most of my career has been spent at university counseling centers providing clinical supervision to therapists in training and therapy (individual, group, and couples) to young adults managing anxiety, depression, burnout, stress, sexual abuse, family-of-origin abuse/neglect, low self-esteem, and career concerns.
