Diana Chu, LMFT, RDT

About Me

Diana Chu is a Marriage and Family Therapist and a Registered Drama Therapist. She uses a psychodynamic approach, which focuses on the psychological roots of emotional suffering. She also draws on Drama Therapy techniques, which provide alternative ways to relate to your emotions, thereby helping you to understand and cope with your emotions better. Further, Diana incorporates Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) in conjunction with the mentioned therapy approaches. EMDR enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.
