About Me
Diane Semerak is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified EMDR Therapist. She has worked in community mental health for 20 years. and now offers televideo or in-person sessions on Tuesdays-Saturdays at her private practice in Glenwood Springs, CO. With 20 years’ experience, Diane uses a holistic and integrative approach in providing individual therapy to adults 20-65 years old. Issues addressed include: depression, anxiety/panic, childhood abuse, trauma and PTSD, dissociation, stress management, self-improvement and personal growth. Diane helps clients remove obstacles to goal achievement and promotes lasting change by encouraging mindful awareness, reflection and authentic self-expression. She offers a free 30-minute phone consultation for prospective clients.
