About Me
I utilize IFS-Informed EMDR to help clients heal from trauma and attachment wounds, allowing them to live fuller lives! I assist clients in resolving their issues using interventions such as mindfulness, Gestalt therapy, LGBTQ-affirming interventions, social justice-centered interventions, and EMDR. Worked with people of color, the LGBTQ+ community, the homeless, and with military veterans. Served 8 honorable years in the Marine Corps. Healing and change can be terrifying. However, with the guidance of an experienced counselor, recovery is possible. Allow me to be a partner in your road to recovery and wholeness.
Education & Experience
Masters in Multicultural Community Counseling and Social Justice Education. BA in Psychology, with Minor Counseling and Social change. Served 8 years honorably in the United States Marine Corps.
