I am specialized in the treatment of trauma depression, anxiety, stress, substance abuse and addiction. I apply techniques like Brainspotting (a new "brain-body based" relational therapy to help to access, process, and overcome trauma and other disturbances), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing/Flash), CBT Mindfulness, SE, and Comprehensive Energy Psychology (which is renowned for its holistic techniques of healing and spiritual development).
