About Me

I’m a licensed therapist with a virtual practice based in Los Angeles, CA. I specialize in working with clients who identify as part of BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities and understand the unique challenges these communities can face in seeking mental health support. I use holistic and integrative approaches, combining different styles including EMDR, attachment-based and psychodynamic therapies, while incorporating mindfulness and body-based interventions. I am deeply committed to providing culturally-competent and affirming therapeutic services.
